Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package directly on the carrier's website. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Incorrect Shipping Address:
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. PetPulseCo is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to correct it.
Damaged or Missing Items If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

A photo of the damaged item or packaging
